Azerbaijan’s profit from gas sales to Bulgaria grows 3 times

In January-September 2023, Azerbaijan exported 841.240 million cubic meters of natural gas to Bulgaria, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.
The cost of Azerbaijani gas exported to Bulgaria amounted to $316.619 million.
This is 547.878 million cubic meters (2.9 times) more in volume than in nine months of 2022, and $208.135 million (2.9 times) more in value.
In January-September 2023, Azerbaijan, according to customs declarations, exported 11.409 billion cubic meters of natural gas for a total of $20.420 billion.
The share of natural gas in total exports of Azerbaijan amounted to 43.07%.
