Azerbaijan's green energy production soars by over 80% in 2024

From January to November of 2024, Azerbaijan produced more than 3.58 billion kWh of electricity from green energy sources, Report informs, referring to Azerbaijan’s Energy Ministry.

According to data, this marks an increase of 1.6178 billion kWh, or over 80%, compared to the same period in 2023.

The contribution of green energy to the country's total electricity production was 13.8%.
