Azerbaijan reduces marketable propylene production by over 6%

Azerbaijan produced 134,300 tons of propylene, 134,700 tons of polyethylene, and 139,800 tons of ethylene in 2022, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee.

128,700 tons of propylene production fell to the share of marketable products.

The production of propylene for the reporting period decreased by 8.3%, and marketable propylene - by 6.1%.

In 2022, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in the country decreased by 8.2% and 7%, respectively.
