Azerbaijan reduces commercial propylene production to 12%

In January-August this year, Azerbaijan produced 80,700 tons of propylene, 84,500 tons of polyethylene, 86,200 tons of ethylene, Report informs citing the State Statistics Committee.

In January-August, 77,500 tons of propylene production fell to the share of marketable products.

The production of propylene for the reporting period decreased by 14.7%, commercial propylene - by 11.6%.

In January-August this year, the production of ethylene and polyethylene in the country decreased by 20.9% and 20.8%, respectively.
