Last year, Azerbaijan produced 34.5 million tons of oil (together with condensate), which is 3 million tons or 7.9 percent less than in 2019, Report informs, referring to the Energy Ministry.
Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) accounted for 23.5 million tons of oil production in the country, and Shah Deniz for 3.8 million tons (condensate). This is, respectively, 10.4 percent less and 1.2 percent more than in 2019.
Oil production (together with condensate) of SOCAR amounted to 7.2 million tons, a 3.6 percent drop than in 2019.
