Azerbaijan posts 5.8% increase in gas exports in 2024

In January-December of last year, Azerbaijan exported 25.2 bcm of gas, marking an increase of 5.8% from 2023, Azerbaijan's Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said in a post on X.
According to Report, the minister noted that of the indicated amount, 12.9 bcm of gas was exported to Europe, 9.9 bcm to Türkiye, and 2.4 bcm to Georgia.
During this period, TANAP supplied Türkiye with 5.6 bcm of gas," the minister said.
