Azerbaijan develops national e-mobility strategy

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Energy has developed a national strategy for electric mobility, according to Javid Abdullayev, Director of the State Agency for Renewable Energy under the Ministry.

According to Report, the strategy is currently under government review.

Abdullayev also stated that the installed renewable energy capacity will be increased to 2000 MW by the end of 2027. He noted that the first phase of the national renewable energy development program is set to conclude that same year, with the second phase expected to wrap up by 2030.
