Azerbaijan boosts oil exports to Germany by nearly 25%

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan exported approximately 661,679 tons of crude oil to Germany, valued at just under $356.7 million, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee.

Data shows that the exports grew by 24.8% in volume and rose by 2.4% in value compared to the corresponding period in 2024.

During this period, the share of crude oil exported to Germany in Azerbaijan’s total oil exports was 4.57%.

According to the customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported more than 14.470 million tons of crude oil and related products obtained from bituminous rocks, valued at more than $7.660 billion in the initial seven months of 2025.

In that period, Azerbaijan conducted trade transactions with foreign countries worth approximately $28.842 billion.
