Azerbaijan and EU discuss expanding energy cooperation

The possibilities of expanding energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union (EU) were discussed, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said on X, Report informs.
"During the meeting with Dan Jorgensen, the European Commissioner for Energy and Housing, we emphasized Azerbaijan's crucial role in strengthening Europe's energy security. Our discussions also covered the green energy transition, the advancement of regional initiatives, and the expansion of energy cooperation with the European Union," Jabbarov wrote.
