As you know, on September 27, Armenia attacked Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijan is conducting counter-offensive operations under international rules.
Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said at the Baku International Energy Charter Forum, Report quotes.
Shahbazov also informed the conference participants about the missile fired by Armenia on the energy infrastructure in Mingachevir and the targeting of the Southern Gas Corridor:
Armenia's such action is a severe threat to energy security. There are UN resolutions 822, 853, 874, and 884 on the liberation of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan by Armenia. At present, Azerbaijan realizes the unfulfilled UN resolutions through counter-offensive operations.
