3 former vice presidents appointed advisers to SOCAR President

Three more former vice presidents of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) - Khalik Mammadov, Yashar Latifov, and Dashgin Isgandarov - got new posts in the company.
According to Report, they were appointed advisers to SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf.
