US Embassy holds tree-planting event to thank local staff

The US Embassy in Azerbaijan has held a tree-planting event as a sign of gratitude to the local staff of the diplomatic mission.
Report informs that more than 300 olive trees were planted in Pirallahi.
US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Earle Litzenberger also joined the event.
"To recognize our more than 335 local staff, the Embassy's American staff donated an olive tree for each Azerbaijani staff member. This donation recognizes the exemplary service of all our locally employed staff and thanks them for their dedication and hard work," the Embassy said on Twitter.
