Gulshad Mammadova: Rise in temperature to 22°C in March is within normal сlimate range

The increase in temperature to 22°C this March is perfectly in line with the climate norms, Gulshad Mammadova, the director of the forecasting bureau at the National Hydrometeorological Service, said.
According to Report, she reminded that in 2008, the highest March temperature in Baku reached 31°C, and in 2023, it peaked at 28°C.
"This rise in temperature is not unusual," emphasized Mammadova.
She also mentioned that no significant changes in the weather are expected across the country in the coming days, with moderate southwest winds prevailing.
As per the National Hydrometeorological Service, on March 8, the air temperature will rise to 22°C.
