Date of end of hunting season in Azerbaijan announced

Baku. 1 March. REPORT.AZ/ "The hunting season for 2018-2019 in Azerbaijan will end on March 10 this year," Director of Department for Biodiversity Conservation and Development of Specially Protected Natural Areas of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Hikmat Alizadeh said, Report informs.

According to him, the hunting season for 2018-2019 was announced on May 26, 2018: "The hunt for this year's hunting season is about to end." The ministry official also said that currently hunting season for waterfowl birds.

Alizadeh said that the hunting season for 2019-2020 will be announced in late May.

He also stressed the need to educate people who want to hunt in Azerbaijan.
