On November 15, mostly dry weather is expected in other districts of Azerbaijan. Mild west winds will blow.
The temperature will be +5 - +9 C at night, +12 - +17 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be -4 - 0 C at night and 3 - +8 in the daytime.
