Victory Forum kicks off in Ganja

The Victory Forum is being held in Ganja with the support of the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Defense and the Executive Power of Ganja, Report informs.

The event is attended by Vusal Guliyev, head of the sector of the Presidential Administration for work with non-governmental organizations, representatives of the Ministry of Defense, a representative of the Presidential Administration Ali Panakhov, head of the Ganja Executive Power Niyazi Bayramov and Consul General of Turkiye in Ganja Zeki Ozturk, representatives of NGOs and other officials.

First, the forum participants visited the Alley of Martyrs in Ganja.

Then the Victory Forum began its work at the Ganja State Philharmonic.
