"Solving problems of people's concern must be in the forefront both in Baku and in the districts," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said.

According to Report, the head of state spoke during a meeting with Joshgun Jabrayilov, the new head of the Executive Power of the Nizami district of Baku, Elgin Habibullayev, who was appointed head of the Executive power of the Narimanov district of Baku, and Elkhan Ibrahimov, the new head of the Executive power of the Kurdamir district.
