Rules for monitoring aircraft flight safety approved

Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "Rules for monitoring the flight safety of aircraft operated by operators registered in another state."
According to Report, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the corresponding decree.
