"The United Kingdom supports Azerbaijan in demining. However, we have not received much support from the international community," the Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Rovshan Rzayev said at the presentation of the "The Road to Victory in the Settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict" book, Report informs.
He said the biggest obstacle to the great return was the mine problem.
The chairman also said that a "Smart Village" has already been built in the village of Aghali, Zangilan district, or is nearing completion: "Residents of the village will soon be resettled to their native lands.”
