President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree “On the appointment of a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district,” Report informs.
Upon the decree, Masim Ahmad Mammadov was appointed the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district.
