President: Development of agriculture in Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh should be based on most modern foundations

"The development of agriculture in East Zangezur and Karabakh region should be based on the most modern foundations. Because we're starting from scratch, we can't afford to make a mistake. We cannot make the mistakes made during the agricultural reform in Azerbaijan at one time. Everything should be correct, transparent, and I am sure that the greatest productivity will be in the liberated lands," President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview to AzTV on August 12 in Basgal settlement, Report informs.
