Ombudsman makes post on anniversary of first rocket attack on Azerbaijan's Ganja

Azerbaijan's Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva has made a post on the third anniversary of Armenia's first missile attack on Ganja during the Second Karabakh war, according to Report.
"Three years have passed since the first missile attack launched by Armenian armed forces on Ganja during the Second Karabakh War," Sabina Aliyeva said on the social network X.
On October 4, 2020, Armenian armed forces fired multiple missiles on Ganja, Azerbaijan's second biggest city, which is located far from the zone of hostilities. The missiles hit the residential neighborhood that included a two-storey building and private houses. Numerous civilians died or were wounded and objects of civilian infrastructure were also damaged as a result of the attack.
