Number of Azerbaijani population announced

As of October 1, 2023, the population of Azerbaijan reached 10,168,369 people, according to the results of the latest population census.
Report informs citing the State Statistics Committee that share of the urban population was 54.6% of the total population, the share of the rural population was 45.4%. The share of men was 49.8%, and the share of women was 50.2%.
