New powers given to MES and MIA

New powers have been given to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Report informs.
In this regard, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amending Decree No. 795 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 15, 2016, "On the application of the Law No. 96-VQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2015" on the approval of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
