In November 2024, the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan received 6,748 applications from foreigners and stateless persons for obtaining (extending) temporary and permanent residence permits, Report informs, citing the state service.

Meanwhile, 27,328 applications were submitted to the agency by foreigners and stateless persons regarding their registration at current place of stay in Azerbaijan.
The number of applications related to changing citizenship status was 775.
