Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov сasts vote in Azerbaijan's municipal elections

Azerbaijan's Minister of Agriculture, Majnun Mammadov, cast his ballot in the country's ongoing municipal elections. The minister voted at polling station No. 11 in the Nasimi-Binagadi constituency No. 21, according to Report.

The municipal elections are being held across 118 constituencies in Azerbaijan, with 5,846 polling stations open for voters. A total of 16,092 candidates are competing for 8,071 seats in 685 municipalities nationwide.

According to data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), the number of eligible voters in Azerbaijan stands at 5,961,987. Polling stations will remain open until 7:00 PM local time.
