Minister: Cause of AZAL plane crash to be named based on expert opinions

The Kazakh side has created an operational investigation team in connection with the plane crash.

At the same time, experts from the General Prosecutor's Office and the State Civil Aviation Agency of Azerbaijan are working at the scene, the head of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations, Kamaladdin Heydarov, said upon his return from Aktau, Report informs.

"Of course, the cause of the crash will be announced based on the experts' conclusions," the minister added.
