Ilham Aliyev signs a law to rename Madagiz village to Sugovushan

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a law renaming Madagiz village of Tartar region of Azerbaijan as Sugovushan village, Report informs.
According to the document, Madagiz, within the administrative district of Chayli village of Tartar region, was renamed Sugovushan village.
Notably, Sugovushan was liberated from occupation by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on October 3, 2020. This great news was announced by the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.
