Kyrgyz observer: Voters in Azerbaijan freely elect their preferred candidates

The snap parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan are being conducted in strict accordance with all legally mandated rules and regulations, as observed by a member of the Kyrgyz Central Election Commission.
Anar Dubanbayeva, who is observing the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, told Report, "Since arriving in Azerbaijan, we have observed five polling stations. In these stations, we witnessed only a high level of organization. Voters are freely casting their ballots for their preferred candidates. We observed excellent organization in these elections."
Elections are held in 6,478 polling stations in 125 constituencies across the country, including 54 established in the liberated territories.
