President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the "Encumbrance of Movable Property" bill.

Report informs that the scope of the information shown in the notification entered into the registry during the maintenance of the state registry of movable property encumbrance is being expanded. The serial number of movable property has been added to the list of such information.

The serial number of movable property is an identification number consisting of letters, numbers, or their combination applied to the property by the consumer.
