Armenia has been unable to precisely determine the country's borders for more than 30 years, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov said at an international conference on "The Main Obstacle to a Peace Treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia," organized by the Center for Analysis of International Relations (CAIR), Report informs.
Mammadov noted that the desire to annex Karabakh to Armenia is embedded in Armenian national ideology.
"For more than 30 years, Armenia has been unable to determine its borders. After the Second Karabakh War, the issue still remains unresolved," he added.
