Content of appeals received by presidential administration in 2021 revealed

Some 60 percent of the appeals received by the Presidential Administration last year were requests; 39 percent were complaints and proposals.

Report informs that the appeals were mainly related to social protection, the Second Karabakh War and its results, the activities of the law-enforcement agencies, courts, pardon issues, healthcare services, land issues, and territories liberated from occupation. For the prompt consideration of these appeals and the provision of appropriate assistance during this period, about 30,000 letters of thanks were sent to President Ilham Aliyev.
