Chief of General Staff of Azerbaijani Army granted rank of colonel-general

Lieutenant-General Valiyev Karim Tofig oglu was awarded the highest military rank of Colonel-General.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
Valiyev is the First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army.
