Azerbaijani parliament discusses exempting persons with two children from military duty

The Azerbaijani parliament discussed exempting persons with two children from military duty during a plenary sitting held on Friday, MP Siyavus Novruzov said, Report informs.

Novruzov noted that currently, persons with three children are not called up for military service:

"This issue should also apply to persons with two children. Consider that two children don't see their father for a year and six months. Besides, the number of such persons is not that high. I think this issue should be considered in the future."
