Human Rights Commissioner Sabina Aliyeva has observed the voting process at polling station No. 38 of the 22nd Nasimi-Yasamal electoral district, located at the Training Center of the Azerbaijani army, Report informs.
Sabina Aliyeva familiarized herself with the conditions created at the polling station, where military personnel also vote.
