Azerbaijani MP: There is a call for holding referendum on Constitution

There are many challenges and views ahead regarding the declaration of 2025 as the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" in Azerbaijan, including holding a new referendum, Zahid Oruj, chairman of the Parliament's Human Rights Committee, said during today's committee meeting, Report informs.

Oruj noted that this year it is also possible to adopt the Victory Constitution:

"Such calls and views are relevant given that the issue of new constitutional structures is frequently raised in parliament."
