Azerbaijan to sign memorandum with Vatican

A delegation headed by Ramin Mammadov, Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, will visit the Vatican.
According to Report, during the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding on interreligious dialogue will be signed between the State Committee and the Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue of the Holy See.
The memorandum aims to develop cooperation in promoting interfaith dialogue, preserving cultural and religious heritage, and fostering interaction between religious educational institutions of the two states.
As part of the visit, which will continue until July 30, meetings with several representatives of the Holy See are scheduled.
