Azerbaijan approves Calendar Plan for early parliamentary elections

The Calendar Plan of the main events for holding early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan has been approved, Report informs.

The decision was made at today’s meeting of the Azerbaijan Central Election Commission (CEC).

Commission Secretary Arifa Mukhtarova provided information on the deadlines for submitting documents for registration of candidates to the CEC.
It was noted that the election process will conclude, and the results will be announced no later than September 22.
