20,000-23,000 residents may return to Shusha by 2040

By 2040, 20,000-23,000 residents may return to Shusha, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha Aydin Karimov said at a conference held in Shusha, Report informs from Shusha.

"With the construction of residential areas, former residents of the city are returning to Shusha," he said.
