Viennese Charity Ball in Baku: Dazzling debuts and support for children

Baku hosted the grand Viennese Charity Ball—one of the most anticipated social events of the year.

According to Report, the event was organized with the support of the Vienna City Hall and the Austrian Embassy in Azerbaijan.

With the return of the Viennese Ball to Baku, organizers hope it will not only become an annual tradition but also serve as a key international platform for cultural exchange.

The evening featured a charity auction, with proceeds donated to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the international organization SOS Children’s Villages to support children in need of care.

As per tradition, the ball crowns its Prince and Princess among the debutants and a King and Queen among the adult participants.

As is customary, the organizing committee of the Charity Viennese Ball selects a prince and princess from among the debutants, as well as the king and queen of the Ball among the adult participants. These prestigious titles are awarded to those who not only shine on the dance floor but also actively engage in charitable initiatives, inspiring those around them.
