Concert held in Tajikistan as part of Days of Azerbaijani Culture

Another concert has been held in the city of Danghara (Tajikistan) as part of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture, Report informs.

This time, the Ensemble of Ancient Musical Instruments of Azerbaijan performed before the audience with a colorful musical program. Before the concert, Deputy Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Murad Huseynov and Chairman of the Executive Authority of the city of Danghara Sijoydin Salomzoda made speeches.

Murad Huseynov noted the cultural closeness between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan and expressed satisfaction with the interest and attention of the Tajik public to the events and concerts held as part of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture. In turn, Sijoydin Salomzoda emphasized that they follow the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan with great interest and pleasure, also noting the spiritual and cultural closeness of the peoples of the two countries.

After the performances, the audience was presented with a rich concert program of the Ensemble of Ancient Musical Instruments. Musical numbers reflecting the richness of Azerbaijani culture were met with great enthusiasm by the local public.

The Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Tajikistan will end on May 22.
