At COP29 in Baku, Uzbekistan presents a national pavilion that showcases traditional values and approaches shaped by the country's unique culture, history, and nature, according to the Ministry of Ecology's press service, Report informs via Uzbek media.

The pavilion was built using sustainable, traditional Uzbek materials and ancient methods that have been tested by time and adapted to the country's climate.

"Its architectural concept is based on the traditional Uzbek courtyard 'hovli.' This center of family life, framed by greenery and grape vines, symbolizes the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature," noted the press service.

The 29th session of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference (COP29) has begun in Baku. It will run from November 11 to 22. President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will participate in COP29 events.
