UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell is in Baku to participate COP29, according to Report.
"I'm at COP29 to advocate for urgent climate action that is responsive to children’s unique needs, perspectives and rights," she said on X.
Russell noted that the global climate crisis is a child rights crisis and it impacts children’s health, development and safety.
