Developing countries need more climate financing, Uganda's Minister of Housing, Persis Princess Namuganza, said in an exclusive statement to Report.
She noted that despite Uganda's accelerated transition to a "green economy," many African countries need climate financing.
"The issue of financing is very important because it will lead to the emergence of organized settlements that can carry out activities without damaging the environment. These measures are expensive," she said.
