Tree-planting campaign held as part of Green World Solidarity Year

The State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (AAYDA) held a tree planting campaign in Baku as part of the Green World Solidarity Year.
The agency told Report that during the action, 7,440 Eldar pines, roses and evergreen shrubs were planted on the side of the first Baku circle road, the Zyg Circle - Heydar Aliyev International Airport highway.
In addition, 31,591 Eldar pines, acacias and other types of trees were planted on the sides of the Baku-Alat-Gazakh-state border with Georgia, Hajigabul-Ganja-Gazakh, Baku-Guba-state border with Russia, Yevlakh-Zagatala-state border with Georgia and Baku-Alat-Astara - state border with Iran.
