SOCAR official speaks at panel discussions held within COP29

Teymur Guliyev, Deputy Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), spoke at panel discussions held within the framework of COP29, Report informs, citing SOCAR.
Guliyev addressed climate change and energy transition issues, emphasizing the importance of new technologies and regulatory mechanisms in accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
The SOCAR official also discussed the company's net-zero targets and long-term strategy in the areas of energy transition and decarbonization.
