President of Rwanda arrives in Baku to attend COP29

President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame arrived in Baku on November 12 to participate in COP29.

According to Report, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Hidayat Abdullayev and other officials welcomed Paul Kagame at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
