Minister: Azerbaijan focuses on developing green skills

Azerbaijan is focusing on the development of green skills, Azerbaijan's Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Sahil Babayev, said during a press conference held within the framework of COP29, Report informs.
According to Babayev, various projects have been launched in this regard.
The minister emphasized the importance of creative approaches aimed at human capital development for the successful transition to a green economy, stating that this transition process should be carried out in a fair and inclusive environment in terms of protecting social and labor rights.
Babayev highlighted that developing human resources in line with changes in the labor market is one of the main targets.
