Minister: Azerbaiajn supports farmers' adaptation to rapidly changing world

The Azerbaijani government supports the adaptation of domestic farmers to a rapidly changing world, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov said at a COP29 event titled "Creating Climate Actions for Farmers: Practical Experience and Concrete Solutions" held in Baku, Report informs.
"The future of agriculture lies in innovation, technology, and inclusivity. We place special emphasis on initiatives that help farmers implement advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital tools that optimize productivity, resource efficiency, and climate resilience. This not only increases efficiency but also lays the foundation for sustainable agricultural practices," Mammadov emphasized.
