COP29 Presidency holds talks with ANG

The COP29 team has expressed support for Tanzania's presidency of the African Climate Negotiating Group (ANG), Report informs.
"At the AGN Strategy Meeting in Zanzibar, COP29 Presidency welcomed Tanzania’s chairmanship, reaffirmed the continent’s special-circumstances status, and pledged to turn the Baku Climate Unity Pact & Action Agenda İnitiatives into real progress before COP30," according to COP29 Azerbaijan page on X.
